        Summary: Currently, Open Map Location does NOT collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data or location coordinates to any remote servers or third parties. All location history items are stored strictly on your local device.
    

1. Data Collection and Usage

At present, Open Map Location does not collect any personal data or user identifiers. Specifically:

Location History: Any map links or location coordinates shared with or copied into Open Map Location are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and App Group containers.
No External Data Tracking: We do not track your physical location in the background, nor do we send your location logs to any analytics or advertising networks.

2. Future Policy Modifications Clause

While we currently do not collect any user data, we reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy in the future should we introduce new features (such as cloud synchronization, account creation, or enhanced services). If changes occur, the updated Privacy Policy will be published on this page, and users will be notified appropriately within the app updates.

3. Third-Party Services and Deep Links

Open Map Location allows you to open coordinates in third-party navigation and ride-hailing applications (such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, Uber, Bolt, and Yango). Please note that once you leave Open Map Location and open a third-party app, the privacy practices of those respective applications will govern your data.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data generated by Open Map Location remains exclusively under your control on your iOS device. You can delete individual location history entries or uninstall the application at any time to remove all locally saved records permanently.
